The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 12 May 1964. It became the
holding company of the Group with the full
acquisition of its subsidiaries, Sing Development (Pte) Ltd, Sing Developments
(China) Pte Ltd and Sing Realty (S) Pte Ltd.
The Group is principally engaged in:
(a) the development and sale of residential, commercial and industrial
properties ; and
(b) investment in residential, commercial and industrial properties.
It retains (subject to relevant approvals, if required) a strategic stake in
selected projects (be it a residential, commercial or industrial development)
for investment and to provide a source of recurring income. It has a portfolio
of properties comprising a mix of residential, commercial and industrial
properties.
