The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 31 August 2004, and changed it’s name and was trading as Fastube Limited as of 22 November 2008. On 30 July 2012, the Company completed the acquisition of Atlantic Navigation Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries as well as the disposal of the Company’s subsidiaries and business of providing steel piping solutions, specialising in custom-made precision steel pipes that links oil and gas wells to production facilities. Upon completion of the acquisition of Atlantic Navigation Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries, the Company changed its name to Atlantic Navigation Holdings (Singapore) Limited. Currently, the principal businesses of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) are: (a) Marine logistics services The Group currently owns a fleet of 13 vessels which comprise AHT, AHTS, tugs, jack-up accommodation barges, barges and supply vessels.
