The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 26 June 2002 under the name of MultiVision Technology Holdings Limited. On 4 October 2002, the name was changed to MultiVision Intelligent Surveillance Limited. The Company changed its name to LottVision Limited on 14 August 2006. Subsequently in August 2015, the Company changed its name to NutryFarm International Limited.
Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Nutryfarm Biomedicine International Limited, produces high quality nutrition and health food products formulated mainly from natural traditional medicinal herbs from across the Americas and regions in China, Europe and New Zealand for consumers in the People’s Republic of China ("PRC").
While Nutryfarm is in the business of manufacturing, sales and distribution of nutritional and health food business, the trading and distribution of fresh fruits to China is an extension of its business model as it capitalizes on the Groups understanding of food certifications and connections in China. The Group has set up various subsidiaries that are engaged in the wholesale trading and distribution of fruits, particularly in durians.
