| Description | Blue Biofuels ("Blue Bio") (OTCQB: BIOF), is revolutionizing the biofuel industry. The Company has developed and patented technology to convert fully renewable, cellulosic, non-food feedstocks -- like grasses, agricultural wastes, and other plant material -- into biofuel, in an environmentally friendly and carbon friendly process. Our modular Cellulose-to-Sugar (CTS) technology process has a near zero carbon footprint in that the amount of added atmospheric carbon created by burning the cellulosic ethanol produced by the CTS system is reabsorbed/recycled by newly grown plant materials that are harvested as feedstock for the next round of cellulosic ethanol produced. The Company believes that biofuel originating from its CTS process will be eligible to receive the US EPAs generous D3 cellulosic Renewable Fuel Credits. In addition, Blue Biofuels has licensed the Vertimass Process, which is a commercially-ready patented process owned by Vertimass, LLC, that can convert ethanol to sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). The Company is seeking project financing for an ethanol-to-SAF production facility and then plans to add the first two steps (cellulose-to-sugar and sugar-to-ethanol) when the CTS is commercially ready.
