| Description | The Company was established in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, the Peoples Republic of China (the "PRC") on 16 November 2005. The Company was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with stock code 2880 and on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with stock code 601880, on 28 April 2006 and 6 December 2010 respectively. The Company is the first port company listed in the stock exchanges of both Hong Kong and Shanghai.
