ESAs services include recovering minerals and metals from sludges and solid industrial waste, remanufacturing chemicals from acid and alkali waste, recovering energy from packaging waste and recovering energy from wood waste. In addition, ESA harvests heat energy from approximately 500 metric tons (MT) a year of waste wood and electrical energy from the sun from its own 750-kilowatt peak (kWp) solar photovoltaic (PV) roof. ESA operates two facilities in Tuas, Singapore.
