Description

Pyxus International, Inc. is a global agricultural company with more than 150 years of experience delivering value-added products and services to businesses and customers. Driven by a united purpose—to transform peoples lives, so that together we can grow a better world—Pyxus, its subsidiaries and affiliates, are trusted providers of responsibly sourced, independently verified, sustainable and traceable products and ingredients. With a global network of approximately 300,000 farmers, our Company contracts with growers across five continents to support the production of sustainable, consistent and compliant crops. To achieve this, we provide our contracted farmers with crop inputs, training and extension services, and maintain frequent in-person contact with them throughout the crop cycle. At the end of each season, contracted farmers sell us their crops, which we process in accordance with our customers’ specifications in our wholly and jointly owned factories or third-party processing facilities. We then pack, store and ship products into approximately 80 countries to support our broad customer base, which includes blue-chip, regional and local customers.
