Rasna Therapeutics, Inc. is a a leukemia-focused biotechnology company that has
been developing therapeutics to address the unmet need that exists for acute myeloid
leukemia, or AML, and other forms of leukemia and lymphoma. AML is generally a disease
of older adults, with onset typically after the age of 45 (average patient age approximately
68 years old). Our strategy is to develop small molecule drug candidates targeting two
genes: NPM1 and LSD1, which are considered to control major pathways underlying
etiology of majority of AML sub-types.
