Overseas Education Limited (“Company”) was incorporated on 28 October 2011 and listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST on 7 February 2013.
The Company is the investment holding company of Overseas Family School Limited, which runs Overseas Family School (“School”). The School is a foreign system school (“FSS”) in Singapore offering K-12 education within a globalised multi-cultural environment to children aged between 2 and 18 years of expatriate parents who are senior executives and professionals working and living in Singapore. The Company is the first FSS listed on the SGXST. According to an independent report dated 28 September 2012 by Frost & Sullivan, the School is one of the largest FSSs in Singapore. The School believes that it is an inextricable part of the social and economic infrastructure supporting foreign direct investments into Singapore.
The School offers the International Primary Curriculum (“IPC”) to Kindergarten and Elementary School students, the International Baccalaureate (“IB”) Middle Years Programme (“MYP”) to Middle School students and Grades 9 and 10 High School students, and the IB Diploma Programme (“DP”) to Grades 11 and 12 High School students. In addition to the above programmes, the School also offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (“IGCSE”) examinations administered by Cambridge University to students in Grade 10.
