| Description | The Company is a pre-clinical biopharmaceutical company. Following the closing of the share exchange, on July 23, 2024 with LipoVation Ltd. ("LipoVation"), and all shareholders of LipoVation, LipoVation became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
