acquired public status on 30 July 1970 under the name Sing Investments &
Finance Ltd. The Company was officially listed on the Singapore Exchange on 7
July 1983. It has 4 branches operating in Robinson Road, Ang Mo Kio Ave 6,
Clementi Ave 3 and Bedok North Street 1.
Being a licenced finance company under the Finance Companies Act, Cap 108, the
Companys principal activities cover the acceptance of fixed and saving
deposits from the public and the provision of loans and credit facilities to
individuals and corporations mainly by way of property loans, land and
Construction loans, Local Enterprise Finance Scheme (LEFS), Hire Purchase Block
Discounting Scheme, Floor Stock Financing, Motor Vehicle loans, Equipment &
Machinery loans, Shipping loans, Share Financing and Factoring. The Company
