Saudi American Holdings Corp. is an international holding company that invests in and acquires companies which are engaged in a number of diverse business activities. The most important of these are in the aircraft engine repair and overhaul industries. Recently we divested our interests in a number of businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia enabling us to better focus our Middle East business strategy in those areas open to foreign investors. Our current focus in Saudi Arabia is on our pending application for a Foreign Investment License there, and on extending our Trident Aviation Industries, Inc. business into Riyadh and Jordan, initially concentrating on the MRO and Engine Leasing businesses. However, there are no areas worldwide in which investments or acquisitions could not be made. Investments in and acquisitions of companies are not industry specific. The Company is headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with the mandate to acquire undervalued, private companies with owners / managers that focus on increasing their existing profitability through revenue growth and improvements in internal operating efficiency.
