Scopus BioPharma Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company developing transformational therapeutics for serious diseases with significant unmet medical need. We are currently focusing our development efforts on our immuno-oncology programs, which are conducted primarily through Duet BioTherapeutics Inc. ("Duet"), our majority-owned subsidiary. These programs include three distinctive complementary CpG-STAT3 inhibitors: Antisense ("DUET-101"); RNA silencing ("DUET-202"); and DNA-binding inhibitor ("DUET-301").
