The Group manufactures noise, vibration and harshness ("NVH") components and other non-NVH components primarily for the automotive industry in Malaysia. It also owns and operates several 3S and 4S automobile dealerships for the sale of new automobiles in various parts of Malaysia. Currently, its business can be categorised into the following two segments:
Manufacturing the Group manufactures NVH components and other non-NVH components primarily for the automotive industry in Malaysia. The Groups NVH components include headliners and engine outers and are incorporated into various parts of automobiles, including the ceiling, dashboard, hood and boot. The Groups non-NVH components include parcel trays and board assembly decks.
Dealership the Group owns and operates 3S and 4S automobile dealerships for the sale of new automobiles in various parts of Malaysia under the Honda, Mazda and Peugeot brands. The Groups 3S automobile dealerships offer the following services: (i) 1S services, being the sale of new automobiles; (ii) 2S services, being the provision of after-sales services; and (iii) 3S services, being the sale of automobile parts and accessories. The Groups 4S automobile dealerships also offer 4S services to its customers, being automobile body paintwork and collision repair services, in addition to the 1S, 2S and 3S services.
