(Solarum), formerly 3Diam Digital Manufacturing Ltd., is a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE:SLRM), which completed a merger with Solarum Electronics Ltd. (a 100% owned company) in early September 2024. Solarum operates in the industrial-defense sector and is engaged, itself and through subsidiaries, in the development and manufacture of electronic and electromechanical systems, products and equipment for military markets and leading defense companies, as well as in the development and manufacture of products based on QCL laser technology for military-defense applications.
