(the "Company") effected a 55-to-1 reverse stock split (the "January Reverse Stock Split") and subsequently on April 27, 2026, the Company effected a 4-to-1 reverse stock split (the "April Reverse Stock Split," and together with the January Reverse Stock Split, the "Reverse Stock Splits").
